Vintage 1920's Eastman Kodak model B cine camera. This original cased Cine-Kodak was the first 16mm camera, introduced in 1923. This camera comes complete with its original hard case, f 1.9 lens along with a spare f4.5 lens. It is cranked by hand at two turns per second to achieve the necessary 16 frames per second which works very efficiently. Production ceased by the 1930s. In 1925, Kodak followed up with a spring motor-driven Cine-Kodak Model B, at which time the original Cine-Kodak was re-designated as Model A which helps date this from between 1925 and 1930.

This movie camera came from the private collection of a vintage / antique camera collector in Los Angeles. This would make a great decorative addition to any eclectic home decor or as an addition to your vintage camera collection.

Camera measures 5.75" wide by 10.5" long by 6.5" tall and weighs 8lb 4oz.

CONDITION

In good working condition considering age and use. The carrying handle of the case is broken but still present (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
