Patterned cloth in fine condition.  Faded gilt on spine and bumped ends.  Bumped corners.  Darkened and stained on cloth.  Tanning on endpapers and leaves.  Gilt top page edge.  Un-cut fore and tail page edges.  Small pencil notation on endpaper.  Foxing on fore and tail page edges and one or two leaves.  Firm text.
